The Fund seeks to replicate, to the extent reasonably possible and before fees and expenses, the performance of the FTSE Canada Investment Grade 1-5 Year Laddered Corporate Bond Index, or any successor thereto (the “Index”). This Fund will invest, directly or indirectly, primarily in Canadian investment-grade corporate bonds.
