Fund overview

The Fund has been designed to replicate, to the extent possible, the performance of the Morningstar® National Bank Québec Index^TM (the "Index"), net of expenses. The Fund invests in equity securities of equity securities of issuers with a minimum float capitalization of $150 million and which are headquartered in the Province of Québec.The investment strategy of the Fund is to invest in and hold the constituent securities of the Index.
